Stacey teaches one concept. Rotates monthly: the frame, the pitch, the close, the follow-up.

0:45 – 1:30

Live consulting. Two attendees put their actual deal on the table. Stacey and the group attack it together.

1:30 – 1:55

The room you're now in. Stacey introduces what's next — the private conversations that grow from these ten chairs.

1:55 – 2:00

One move, named. Each person commits to a single action before the next brunch.
